Meet the Team
Jack Lando, Senior Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, James Cook University
Jack brings over six years of experience working with a diverse caseload, including complex shoulder injuries, WorkCover and return-to-work rehabilitation, chronic neck and nerve pain, knee and hip osteoarthritis, and persistent pelvic, sacroiliac joint, and lower back conditions. He is also highly skilled in managing vertigo and balance disorders, and integrates reformer Pilates into tailored treatment programs to support recovery, strength, and function.
Jack's approach is thorough, caring, and practical. He focuses on delivering evidence-based, realistic treatment plans that meet people where they're at — whether you're in pain, post-surgery, or aiming to optimise performance. And if Jack doesn't have the answer right away, you can trust he'll go the extra mile to find the right solution for you.
When he's not in the clinic, Jack is usually out training for Hyrox or CrossFit, sipping on a great coffee, adventuring around the region, or spending time with his dog, Bobby.
"Move Right, Live Better — it's not just a motto, it's a way of life. Because at the end of the day, motion is lotion."

Originally from Ireland, Síomha graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin, and brings over five years of private practice experience to Brisbane. She is fully registered with AHPRA and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care.
Alongside her clinic work, she has worked as a pitch-side and team physiotherapist for both Rugby and GAA teams in Ireland, gaining extensive experience in acute injury management and return-to-play rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in spinal pain, post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries, integrating manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription to optimise recovery and restore confident movement.
Her postgraduate training includes APPI Pilates, Dry Needling certification, and advanced spinal manual therapy through Manual Concepts. She values continued professional development and is currently undertaking mentorship through the Pro Sport Academy, further advancing her expertise in performance-based rehabilitation.
Síomha takes a personalised approach to assessment and treatment, recognising that no two individuals -or injuries - are the same. She promotes painless, fearless movement and prioritises long-term outcomes over short-term fixes. Her rehabilitation programs are practical, goal-driven, and designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life.
Passionate about movement and exercise herself, she understands the importance of staying active and works closely with her clients to help them return stronger, more resilient, and confident in their bodies.
