Jack Lando, Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, James Cook University
Jack brings over six years of experience working with a diverse caseload, including complex shoulder injuries, WorkCover and return-to-work rehabilitation, chronic neck and nerve pain, knee and hip osteoarthritis, and persistent pelvic, sacroiliac joint, and lower back conditions. He is also highly skilled in managing vertigo and balance disorders, and integrates reformer Pilates into tailored treatment programs to support recovery, strength, and function.
Jack’s approach is thorough, caring, and practical. He focuses on delivering evidence-based, realistic treatment plans that meet people where they’re at—whether you're in pain, post-surgery, or aiming to optimise performance. And if Jack doesn’t have the answer right away, you can trust he’ll go the extra mile to find the right solution for you.
When he's not in the clinic, Jack is usually out training for Hyrox or CrossFit, sipping on a great coffee, adventuring around the region, or spending time with his dog, Bobby.
As Jack likes to say: "Move Right, Live Better—it’s not just a motto, it’s a way of life. Because at the end of the day, motion is lotion."
Justin Story, Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Justin is the resident expert in all things rehabilitation, with extensive experience supporting adults over 65, NDIS participants, and individuals recovering from neurological conditions or complex surgeries. He specialises in post-operative rehabilitation (including joint replacements), vestibular therapy for vertigo, chronic and complex lower back pain, and CrossFit-related injuries.
Justin’s treatment approach is grounded in evidence, compassion, and real-world practicality. Whether he’s helping someone regain their mobility after surgery or fine-tuning movement patterns for injury-prone athletes, Justin tailors his interventions to meet each client’s goals, stage of life, and activity level.
Outside of the clinic, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and navigating the highs and lows of CrossFit—along with all the injuries that come with it.
As Justin likes to say: "Move Right, Live Better—because getting older or injured doesn’t mean you stop moving, it just means you move smarter."
Tiana Holder, Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Tiana is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong background in managing chronic pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions in both younger and older adults. She has a particular passion for working with NDIS participants and older adults (65+), helping them regain confidence, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalised and evidence-based care.
Her clinical interests include complex neck and shoulder conditions, upper limb sporting injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional strength training. Tiana brings a practical and collaborative approach to treatment, focused on helping each client move with purpose—whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing persistent pain, or getting back to sport.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Tiana enjoying coffee, hanging out with her two bulldogs, or throwing down in a CrossFit session.
As Tiana often reminds her clients: "Move Right, Live Better—because consistent movement is powerful, no matter your age or stage."
